Key Learnings and Takeaways
I have a much better understanding of how agents work, and how to configure them to tailor my needs for a particular purpose. I particularly found creating the topic with trigger useful. In my daily work, I will for sure use agents to provide understanding to my clients. In my everyday life, I now have insight in how chatbots and other agents are helping me with tasks.
Challenges Faced
I encountered some challenges while testing my declarative agent, one of the first labs. I received an error message which I could not resolve until I re-did the lab at least 5-6 times, step by step.
Final Thoughts
Keep documentation updated. My employer encouraged the group to use a preview environment which sometimes did not have the correct steps in the labs, but worked very well otherwise.
