Chat sessions view hover uses mouse placement. It should however use element placement #268298
Description
The hover in the chat sessions view will render above other entries in the view.
This is not ideal. When a tree item has a large hover, we normally ty to render them to the side of the tree items so it doesn't block other entries. See how we do it for the scm graph for example:
