The OP's username inside a quoted question reply is not displayed

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Submit a valid AAQ question against any freemium product community forum.
2. Sign in to SUMO with account B.
3. Click on the "3 dotted" menu next to the question body.
4. Click on the Quote option.

Expected behavior
The Post a Reply textarea is prefilled with the following information:

''<p>{acccount A username} [[#question-{id}|said]]</p>''
<blockquote>This is a test.
</blockquote>

Actual behavior
The Post a Reply textarea is not prefilled with the OP's username. Example:

''<p> [[#question-{id}|said]]</p>''
<blockquote>Opening a new firefox tab leads to crash
</blockquote>
