Steps to reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to the contact form of any premium product (example: https://support.allizom.org/en-US/questions/new/mozilla-account/form)
  2. Submit a valid question.
  3. Navigate to the My Questions profile page.
  4. Click on the Question submitted in step 2.

Expected behavior
The ticket view doesn't contain any replies yet.

Actual behavior
The ticket view contains 1 reply which is the actual question body. This makes the question body displayed in two places (inside the thread-post--body section) and as a reply (inside the thread-replies section)
