Preconditions
Sign in to SUMO.

Steps to reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Submit a question to any premium product.
  2. Log in to Zendesk with a support agent and leave a public reply to the ticket from step 1.
  3. Navigate to the My Questions page in SUMO.
  4. Click on the ticket/question submitted in step 1.

Expected behavior
The Zendesk support agent's signature is properly formatted.
