- Submit a question to any premium product.
- Log in to Zendesk with a support agent and leave a public reply to the ticket from step 1.
- Navigate to the My Questions page in SUMO.
- Click on the ticket/question submitted in step 1.
Expected behavior
The Zendesk support agent's signature is properly formatted.
