Preconditions
Sign in to SUMO

Steps to reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Submit a valid ticket for a premium product.
  2. Sign in to Zendesk with a support agent, leave a reply and update the ticket status for the ticket from step 1.
  3. Navigate to the premium product ticket in SUMO (Via the My Questions page)
  4. Wait until the Zendesk ticket update is fetched.

Expected behavior
In the My Questions > Zendesk ticket view we have a spinner animation which occurs when we fetch Zendesk updates. After the spinner animation finishes, both the reply & ticket status updates are applied automatically.

Actual behavior
After the spinner animation ends only the question reply update is applied automatically. In order to see the ticket status update the user has to manually refresh the page.
