Alternator "overstressed"?

Describe the bug
The ponder screen says that the alternator simply needs "32 RPM" to operate (image 1). Yet, even when reaching that, the machine becomes overstressed and stops working?

1. 32 RPM?

2. 32 RPM.

3. Overstressed?

4. More RPM?

5. Still overstressed
