Lipid Identification Problem

Hello I'm using the new version of MzMIne and I have some troubles with lipid identification.
I followed all the things in the manual and checked for some hint on internet.
We already know that in this analysis there is the Linoleic Acid, my colleagues confirmed it from MassHunter program, we know the RT and mass.
I loaded all the libraries, found the peaks but cannot identify them.
Can someone help me please?
