Request: Plot peaklists

Peaklists have enough information for some simple plots (intensity, RT, m/z), in the absence of .raw data.

MZmine 2 has some plots like this:

• scatter plot
• logratio plot
• CV plot
  We are thinking to implement something like a XCMS's cloud plot in MZmine 3. If you have any suggestion for a useful plot, feel free to provide the details.

Hi, what I meant was a peaklist standalone plot. e.g. a x-y scatter plot where each point is a single feature (x axis being RT, y axis being m/z). It could be possible to color each point to indicate intensity, or log-ratio changes between samples. Maybe the cloud plot is similar?

What you described is basically the existing logratio plot (found in Peak list methods / Data analysis in MZmine 2):

Although, I totally agree this plot is very basic and needs some improvements.

Thanks : ) I suppose what I thought was missing is mostly just plotting in the context of a single peaklist. It seems all the existing peaklist visualizations in MZmine2 don't accept <2 peaklists, but yes the logratio plot style is what I meant.
