Add support for importing modules, images from devicetype-library 


Currently  importing of manufacturer and [device-types](https://github.com/netbox-community/devicetype-library/tree/master/device-types) is supported.

* [module-images](https://github.com/netbox-community/devicetype-library/tree/master/module-images)
