go dependency optional?

As far as I understand vendor/boringssl/BUILDING.md Go is only needed for some experimental configurations or for running the boringssl test suite. Maybe something like that should be mentioned in the README after the Go dependenc?

I can confirm that Go isn't required when compiling all the tools.
