Cache folderIds to speed up search

Problem Description

Currently we enumerate all of the folder ids every time a search is performed, which can be expensive.

Feature

Cache the folderIds when we index the shared folder

FWIW we have a working implementation of this here, which is on top of #227 and #228. I'll PR that in after those PRs are merged.
