How to cross build with Dune?

I read the Cross-Compilation. And I installed this package, made workspace (context (default (targets native windows android))).
But I still can't run the program in default.windows,
What do I need to do?

windows and android do not live at the same level as native byte, js ... as far as I understand.
What you need to do is to leave untouched targets but instead explicitly run dune build -x windows @install to fill your default.windows ...
