Description
- Usage as a layer vs template
- Avoid registering tailwind when Nuxt UI is present
- Remove dependencies that are dev dependencies (e.g. eslint):
- Remove dev and testing related dependencies from basis
- Use postinstall scripts
- Document / create script to add them to consuming app
- Add modules to dev / non-prod environment only
