SSH don't work with other port

Since my SSH servers listen on different ports ( i.e. 6022), I am unable to connect.
It's working from command line with `ssh -p 6022 xxx` 
It's still connecting to port 22, because I see it on the host auth.log.

I don't know neither where to find the vscode_sync_tool logs, to check.

Also, is it possible to use local file timestamp when uploading a file?
