Add json schema for component descriptor to Website reference section

Description
Add JSON schema for descriptor to static website content and add a related doc to the reference section. Also update the section overview page for "Reference" to reflect the changes. The Json file should alwys be pulled from the latest main version from the open-component-model repo to reflect the latest changes. We will use the existing publish-site.yml workflow that runs at least with every new release of the website.

Done Criteria

• Added Json schema, new reference doc and update section overview page
• Successful demonstration in Review
