Memote stops at stoichiometric inconsistency 67%

Question

I have two GEMs. then, i merge them with the help of MERGEM. After, that i am trying to run memote but it stops at stoichiometric inconsistency part at 67%. And when i use skipping command it gives only partial memote report. Can you figure out this please?

Are you using the default GLPK solver? It is not very good at integer problems. I suggest using either the hybrid solver, GUROBI, or CPLEX.
