Basically every sprint email should include the location, date, and time of the sprint

Asheesh just sent a big OH sprint agenda email that did not include the date, start and end time, or location of the sprint! (Since I hadn't yet decided that I was going, this was relevant information to me.) I was able to look those facts up by going through my archived mail, but: probably worth adding a pointer about this somewhere in the docs.
