Self-hosting Guide

Could there be a self-hosting guide? Want to test this out for myself to do some PRs but I dont really familiar with running this.

GitHub doesn't make it easy at all :D

You have to register a real "github app" even for just trying something out. The app needs to have "Actions" "read-only" permission.

To build this, you need to run make, with Crystal programming language installed.
To run this, you need to make all of the following environment variables available:

export GITHUB_APP_NAME  # string
export GITHUB_APP_ID   # integer
export GITHUB_CLIENT_ID  # string, looks like a token
export GITHUB_CLIENT_SECRET  # string, hexadecimal
export GITHUB_PEM_FILENAME  # string pointing to a file

export APP_SECRET  # randomly generated string, hexadecimal
export FALLBACK_INSTALLATION_ID  # integer - populate this after making 1 installation of your github app with your own account
