如何在开发环境启动代码的热更新？

1、参照文档里提示的.env中配置AUTO_RELOAD=true ，修改代码后更新不生效
2、参照原生uv+ fastapi的方式，配置

) ，这次生效了，但是router没有注册上
问题：请问有标准的配置代码热更新的方式吗？请不吝赐教，谢谢

The current environment doesn't support hot reloading, you can try to take a look.
