Basically if I click restart under developer options or the gear icon in system, nothing happens. Same with Person>edit people or add user. It happens in a few different areas.
It happens in all browser, including incognito and after refreshing page or clearing cache. Very rarely clearing cache works. Same with ios app.
What's the fix?
