Use the "physics" package in JupyterBook 2.

In the previous version of JupyterBook, I can use macros defined in the physics package (like \qty, \vb, \ket, etc.) by setting the following _config.yml.

  config:
    mathjax_path: https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/mathjax@3/es5/tex-mml-chtml.js
    mathjax3_config:
      loader:
        load: ['[tex]/physics']
      tex:
        packages: {'[+]': ['physics']}

The new version is no longer Sphinx based, so it means that I have no access to this package now? Or Do I have some walk-around?
