Question about the display app

Just for fun, i want to see if i can customise the display applet in a way that i would like it.
I want to start by trying to add text underneath "user interface scale" to say: "for fractional scaling, activate it in settings".
next, i want to move the settings tab into the main layout tab ( i think a seperate tab for two options is somwhat redundant)

im looking for relevant files or code in the repository, where i could make these changes, (or at least the first change)

any help would be appreciated. thanks!

also i dont want help with writing code, (unless you want too), just mainly where the code that dictates what gets displayed on the applet is.
