Added

• New public attributes for the top, bottom and left margins ([VIDEO] Released textual-plot 0.8.0 #8).
• New component classes to style the axes, and the tick and axis labels.

Changed

• Default look uses theme colours, and changing the theme updates the plot.

Fixed

• Missing last tick (e.g. 1.0 if the range was 0.0 - 1.0)
