Released 1.0.0 of Textual-SlideContainer, Textual-Pyfiglet, and Textual-Color-O-Matic

I've decided to upgrade these 3 libraries to 1.0 / stable release.

There's no changes to the API on any of them. I've just decided that they have been in use long enough that I can declare they are not in alpha / beta anymore. To go along with this update, all of them finally had a Nox environment testing suite with Pytest added along with unit tests and Textual snapshot tests. They are all confirmed working on the most recent minor version of Textual 3 (which was 3.7.1). Textual is now on version 5 so I didn't bother testing back further than that.
