We know that the deploy-dev workflow is currently successfully building and deploying the library to GitHub.

• Figure out how tagging works
• Make a preliminary tag by merging dev into main and tagging a release from main (v0.1.0)
• This should trigger an action workflow that will indicate whether the workflow was success or otherwise. If unsuccessful, troubleshoot and/or document log output in issue.
