Unable to render correct boundary

Hi,

I created local tile server using instruction given at switch2osm.
I imported the border data from your xml file into my db. But it is not rendering the correct boundary.

Its a good chance to test the instructions and post problems you face. I'm sure a lot of others will benefit from your experience.
