Maccy’s plans now that macOS 26 Tahoe adds a clipboard manager

With Apple announcing a native clipboard manager in macOS 26 “Tahoe” (as covered by 9to5Mac), I’m curious how you see this affecting Maccy. Do you expect to keep developing and refining the app once Tahoe ships?

I've no plans specific to the Tahoe release, but I'd be interested to hear what the community thinks.

The new Tahoe clipboard is missing many features. I think that people will still look for alternatives to get that one feature they care about.
In my case, that one feature is sequential (stack) copy / paste. Unfortunately Maccy doesn't support that either.

I just updated to Tahoe. It appears Tahoe will only remember clipboard history for a limited time? If that's the case, Maccy wins for me, because I rely on it to maintain clipboard history, for convenience, for days sometimes. I mean if my clipboard history got erased, it's no big deal, but it being an option to maintain it at all is nice. Maccy on my MacBook is set at 100MB for example.

MacOS Tahoe clipboard management for now is a joke. I'm disabling it and keeping Maccy.
