Make installation easy

The other OpenCode notification plugin has a simpler installation mechanism. Would love to install this the same way.

But it doesn't work in finding the active window.

Does this project support that feature? So basically when I am away from the window and I get notification then it should open up my Ghostty terminal automatically when I click the notification.
