Broken links on SDK page and broken instructions?

Hmm, that whole page probably needs to go. Should be replaced with https://developer.rebble.io/sdk/

Noting down that https://developer.rebble.io/sdk4/getting-started/ also contains a link to https://developer.rebble.io/sdk/install/linux/ which is broken, https://developer.rebble.io/sdk is the correct link.
I reached https://developer.rebble.io/sdk4/getting-started/ from https://developer.rebble.io/sdk4/, which I in turn reached from the main page "SDK 4.0 now available" -> "find out more".
