Reykjavik time zone is missing #304

Is there an existing issue for this?

Current Behavior
Searched through all the categories and there's no Rekjavik time zone anymore.
Expected Behavior
There should be an option to set time zone for Reykjavik like previous versions had.
Steps To Reproduce
In Settings, select "Date & Time", set "Timezone Source" to "Manual", search all areas for Reyjkavik and it's not there.

Anything else?
Would rather just have a UTC or GMT option, but submit a feature request for that.
