Self-host on local k8s cluster #2

Hi,
Purely just out of curiosity, if I were to try and run this config on my own kubernetes cluster, how would that go?
I can see that the images aren't hosted on public docker repositories, which I think I could deal with.
Would something else give me trouble?
Basically I'd like to understand if there is a way to selfhost rebble. I understand that you probably don't have the resources to offer support for a selfhosted solution. I'm just looking for a feasibility answer. I just preordered the new version of the pebble and I'm wondering if there is some sort of way out with self-hosting if rebble decides to stop supporting this (awesome) project.
