Bug Panel and Dock disappears "cosmic-session / cosmic-comp spams protocol error 2 on object wl_surface@209

System PopOS 24.04 LTS latest version

Sometimes Panel and Dock disappers only help is to switch to console and restart cosmic-greeter.service

In Journalctl I see a lot of spamming "Protocol error 2 on object wl_surface@209:" like this:

Had the same problem today when connected to external display.
No idea what causes this but the same behaviour with disappearing dock and panel. Some additional errors I was experiencing - when opening pop-up menu on task in Planify the application crashed every time, same with pop-up menu in cosmic settings (when trying to select panel position, on which monitor).
