This PR is a work in progress. It contains an implementation of my suggestion of an API to make signals interoperable. It is very similar to the corresponding PR on Angular Signals.
It would be good to receive feedback from different signal libraries authors before deciding on the interoperability API, so this PR may evolve as feedback is received.
