Make a Roadmap

As the song goes, "I got a map m**********\* and I'm reading it too!"

It might also be helpful for long term planning, showing that we aren't just flying by the seat of our pants, and letting people know what our priorities are and roughly the order they are to happen.

Would also make for some nice content somewhere.
