Maybe this is the wrong place? I couldn't find documentation for DEBUG, so I threw it in here. It is in the migration docs, but I think it needs to be linked somewhere in the actual docs, not just migration. If you think this needs to go somewhere else, I'd be happy to do a different PR.

There's 2 versions of it. One is an initialization property that only affects what you're initializing (instance or component). The other is the global Ractive.DEBUG static property that affects all instances.

I remember this being somewhere when I was cleaning up the docs. Probably an orphan page or something. If not, thanks for the PR. 😄

But I think it needs to go somewhere under docs to, if it's a global.
