cddlib download blocked from UK #72
Description
When installing IRIS we get an error that the Cloudfront URL (https://d2tbce6hkathzp.cloudfront.net/other/cddlib/cddlib-094h.tar.gz) is configured to block access from the UK. It was not configured that way ~2 weeks ago - do you have any insights on this?
