Telescope `live_grep` doesn't work when opening files

When using lsp_references and displaying the results in Telescope, we can see the preview of the file correctly.
However, when we try to open the file, the path name is incorrect and it can't open files with parenthesis in the path name.

It could be related to how the files are being open rather than being displayed (since the preview is able to view them correctly)

Replacing the AppData/Local/nvim-data/lazy/plenary.nvim/lua/plenary/path.lua with the one from this PR
https://github.com/nvim-lua/plenary.nvim/blob/166c768156f3144e38b1e40ca9b5e4ffd98e8924/lua/plenary/path.lua
seems to resolve the issue
