Smash.GG Counted as Multiple Tournaments when Importing Phases Separately 

If a user wants to import the same smash gg tournament but in separate phases, they count as multiple tournaments. This is a problem because those extra tournaments count for a player's ranking qualifications.

We need a way to couple all the tournaments from a similar smash.gg background into a single tournament.
