Description
This is not a Posh-ACME issue as far as I can tell. Feel free to delete/close at your discretion. Just interested in whether or not anyone else has experience using Posh-ACME with SSL.com pre-paid orders.
I've followed their documentation but get the following when attempting to acquire wildcard or multi-domain certificates:
The client lacks sufficient authorization :: Not enough funds in the account to complete this request. Please visit https://secure.ssl.com/billing_profiles. If you need assistance, please contact [email protected]
Reference doc I followed:
https://www.ssl.com/guide/ssl-tls-certificate-issuance-and-revocation-with-acme/
I can acquire single domain certificates, but they are part of their free tier - the ACME requests don't seem to be consuming the orders/credits I have in my account yet when I acquire the free tier - they do show up in the same account.
I've got several support tickets open with SSL.com - so far, not satisfied with their response time so I figured I'd reach out here.
Getting the org to move to letsencrypt seems like a good discussion to have - they seem to have ACME/DNS-01 working flawlessly... for free.
