Is there any way to customise the buttons present

I would like to remove the mass edit button, and also add the "Add to campaign" button. Any way to do this?

I'm sorry to say that currently there is no way to customize the appearance of the button bar. But feel free to fork, extend and pull-request such a change. I believe that this would be of high value.
