[🔧 CHORES]: "Adding a Contribution link on README.MD"

When looking at this repo, i spent 15-20minutes finding the Contribution link, only to know that its in the ruxailab branch not ruxailab/RUXAILAB branch.

I think that adding a redirection IN README.MD would be better.
Here is the example.

its just a one line code so dont need to worry about breaking changes.
