Installation Error: 'Snowball' is not available for 'tmt'

Hello,

I get the following error and I have not found a solution elsewhere. I'm not sure where to begin. I'm running R 3.2.1 on Windows.

@rerwin21 you just need to change the name of Snowball package to SnowballC
