remote logging on rh OS1 need security rules

under https://github.com/scollier/SATraining/blob/master/spcContainers.md#scenario-2-remote-logging it's not mentioned the fact that if you're using OS1 you need to add two custom security rules for the rsyslog remote logging (port 514 TCP/UDP)
