The mockup setup in the behaviour server should handle communication from bdd_exec_ros2, which includes:
- Returning the correct UUID in the result
- Publishing trinary topics and events correctly during FSM execution, where event IRIs should come from the generated header. See Python example in
bdd_exec_ros2.
- Trinary topics should be handled through configs/params (TBD)
