Rekor Search UI migration

We need to migrate the repository https://github.com/securesign/rekor-search-ui to the current repository

We have been informed that the upstream repository https://github.com/sigstore/rekor-search-ui will be deprecated and not maintained anymore by the sigstore community. Therefore we need to make sure we still maintain the RekorSearchUI available for those who use RHTAS.

The Plan is to include the RekorSearchUI inside this repository so it gives us the opportunity to even enhance that UI as part of a bigger UI

Here are some points to consider for the migration to be considered done:

• Migrate all current React components
• Migrate all .test.tsx files
• Make sure we migrate the Routing mechanism to react-router-dom

We can make all the work under the branch rekor-migration and once we all are happy we can include that branch into the main branch
