Hidden Titles

I've been using Jellyseerr for a little while and love it. I'd like to see an option to hide titles, whether they've been requested, blacklisted, or just not desired ..... this way I/we could avoid having to plow through many, many, many titles already dealt with. Of course searching should have an option to ignore or include hidden items in a search result. Probably good to create a new category for hidden titles. Anyway, hiding titles would be great.

Just commenting here to clarify just incase:

• blacklisted items are already hidden
• available media can be hidden as well if you turn on the setting in general

at least in my case when i blacklist an item it is still visible in movies, tv, or discover.
I enabled the setting in general ... restarted the software and there was absolutely no change at all

what I think appropriate ... after requesting, or choosing to not request, let us click the upper right corner and select HIDE ..... the whole reason is to hide titles I don't need to see again in discover, movies, tv

how about the creation of a new category called Hidden and move the items into that group.

Blacklist items are HIDDEN for your normal users. As the admin you're able to see because you have the PERMISSION to see them. You can even configure it so your users can view it. Its literally in the permission itself. And if you want to hide them for admins, its literally in the settings itself

Blacklist feature is not to just blacklist the media from being requested, but its literally to do exactly what you're describing there. To hide the items from your users.

So, I'm the only user (admin) using jellyseer. I need to create me a standard user and do pretty much all I need from there and use the admin access to adjust global or user specific settings. thanks so much for your very quick response and information.

If youre the only user you can just enable the hide blacklist titles in settings > general option and it will hide for you (the admin) as shown in my screenshot. You dont need to create a standard user.
