Problem: DEBUG option gone #3454

It's been a few versions since the debug option of the playbook execution is no longer available.
Is it a wanted thing? Is it a PRO feature?
If it has been willingly removed, will it be restored in the future? It was of huge help understanding why a playbook doesn't work!
