Bloodborne: Add FPS patch with other common FPS values

Similar how there are patches for many common resolutions, it would be nice to add FPS patches for common refresh rates.

I think it would be enough to do 60/120/144/240/360

I understand one can just use the vblank divider value to multiply the FPS with the vsync unlock(1/2/?/4/6), but it would be more user friendly to just have a checkbox for it.

Sorry I'm a little late on this but for Bloodborne this wouldn't really make sense, the highest you can go without breaking the engine is something like 118 (and for some user it's even lower), so all you can really do is play the game at 60 or cap it externally to a higher value to not break the engine (unless someone figures out a way to make higher FPS viable, but that's a problem with all Soulsborne games I'm pretty sure).

I was somewhat fine breaking the engine for most of the game, though I did limit it to 120 FPS by the end of my playthrough.

The cheats have graphic patches that sometimes break rendering of things, I don't think adding more that partially break the engine would be much different.

Shouldn't this be closed since we can now set the vblank frequency precisely?
