[Feature Request]: Delete the "Game Install Directory" from the GUI #191

Description
Same thing as shadps4-emu/shadPS4#2531 pretty much, extra option was added here for the emulator version to be stored somewhere, and this is the little GUI that pops up when you first launch shad, but instead of having to click on setting at the top of the emulator to find it again I think it's better to get rid of it completely and have everything centralized in the Path tab of the settings.
Simply delete this from the GUI:
And add the option here instead:
Reason
Having this in two GUI options for the same purpose is useless in my opinion, better to have everything in the settings.
